General Terms and Conditions

• We will make every effort to ensure that the prices, information, and sizes of the products listed on the website are up-to-date. We reserve the right to change product prices without prior notice, and all orders are subject to our sole discretion and availability.
• Prices are as shown on the date of order.
• All orders are subject to final confirmation based on the availability of the relevant goods. The challenger has the right to refuse to accept an order if it is unable to provide any ordered products or services. If we are unable to provide any of the products or services in your order, we will notify you by phone or email prior to delivery.
• Overseas users should contact their local customs office to find out if these items can be imported and whether any additional licenses or permits are required.

Registration

• You must complete a registration or application form online to use certain services. By completing such a form, you agree to...
a. Provide true, accurate, up-to-date and complete personally identifiable information about you as required.
b. Ensure that your username and password are kept safe.
c. Only you or someone authorized by you may log in to this website using your username and password.
• If there are any changes to the information you have registered, please notify our customer service department immediately to ensure that we can bring you the latest information.
• The Company has the absolute discretion to refuse any new user application and terminate any registered user without providing any reason.
• If your account remains inactive for a specific period (currently 3 years), to protect both you and us, we will consider it no longer in use and deactivate it. All points and/or e-coupons in your account will also be cancelled (if applicable). If you wish to shop on this website again, you will need to apply for a new account.
• Your account must be owned by you personally, and only you can accumulate points, redeem points for products, services, discounts, gifts, or vouchers (“Rewards”), or receive any other rewards or benefits associated with your account. You may not sell, exchange, transfer, or assign your account or points to any person.

Damaged goods

• Customers must inspect the ordered goods for damage upon receipt. If damage is found, please notify us by emailing support@challenger.com.hk within 7 days of receipt to arrange a replacement. The company reserves the right to refuse replacement of goods that have already been signed for.

Challenger Online Store Return and Exchange Policy

Challenger's online store is committed to providing you with high-quality products. If you find any quality issues with the goods after receiving them, please email the relevant order number, reason for refund, and photos of the goods to support@challenger.com.hk within 7 days of receiving the goods. Goods must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
• Each online shopping order can only be returned once.
• Goods not related to quality issues are not eligible for return or exchange. • In our sole discretion and under special circumstances, we may refund the amount paid for your online purchase. The refund will be returned to the credit card used for payment, and will take approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
• In case of any dispute, the challenger reserves the right of final decision.

ownership

• All risks associated with the goods transfer to the customer upon delivery of the goods, but the challenger retains ownership of such goods until the price of the goods is settled.

force majeure

• The Company shall not be liable to the user or any third party for any failure to accurately provide the services you require due to force majeure (including natural disasters, fires, floods, accidents, riots, wars, government policies, strikes, or any circumstances beyond the Company's control).

Payment methods

• Challengers accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Alipay, and WeChat Pay.
• The value of all goods is calculated in Hong Kong dollars.
• All online orders are subject to the challenger's sole discretion and acceptance based on stock availability. Customers will receive a final receipt for record-keeping upon receipt of the goods.
• Challengers may set credit limits for individual customers from time to time and reserve the right to impose restrictions on any sales, including the right to refuse to sell goods to any customer.
• The challenger reserves the right to change the payment method for online shopping at any time without prior notice.

Earn points

• In the event of a refund, the points you earned on the relevant purchase will be deducted from your account.
• Points cannot be redeemed for cash or used for purchases.
• Points must be redeemed before the deadline.
• We reserve the right to impose certain terms and restrictions from time to time regarding the use and/or redemption of points. Such terms and restrictions will be posted on our website.

Redeem rewards

• You can use the points in your account to redeem rewards offered by us. The number of points required to redeem each reward will be specified by us from time to time. You can view the points required for each reward on our website.
• Any redemption of a reward, including the use, delivery or receipt of any reward, will be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be posted on our website or communicated to you before you redeem the reward.
• Rewards redeemable in your account are subject to our sole discretion to define, amend, provide, grant, or terminate, and we shall not be liable to you in any way.
• Once points are redeemed, you cannot get a refund or exchange them for rewards.
• Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.

• All information, text, images, pictures, logos, graphics, archives, trademarks, software, or other data (hereinafter referred to as "Data") on this website are protected by copyright, trademark, and applicable laws. All "Data" belongs to the Challenger. Without the Challenger's consent, you may not sell, resell, or alter any "Data," or reproduce, rewrite, re-edit, upload, download, post, transmit, access to a retrieveable system, present, publicly perform, send, or use it for any other public or commercial purpose.
